Rival game between two teams from the Atlantic Division. A lot of people think it will be an easy walk for the Devils, but the Flyers have quality and can chock. NHL live stream from the game is available on espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com.

The Philadelphia Flyers won a very important game against the New York Rangers in the last game of the regular season, and they went to a shootout before the Flyers could clinch their playoff spot. Henrik Lundqvist had a great game and held his Rangers in the game, but justice was administered and Flyers went home as winners. The Flyers played really, really good in that game but they were lacking in the quality of the shots that were fired on Lundqvist. If they can get in a couple on Brodeur, it will be a tough series for the Devils. The Flyers have a lot of speed and power in their game, with a lot of interesting players. I like the stubborn player Carcillo and Jeff Carter, who both will make it hard for their opponents. When these two teams played each other during the season did the Flyers win five out of six games that were played. The standings didn’t show the same. The Flyers ended up on seventh place in the Eastern Conference, while the New Jersey Devils won the Atlantic Division and were seeded second prior to the playoffs.

The Devils are of course not bad, but I don’t think they have the quality throughout the roster. They are not that experienced, but the addition of Ilya Kovalchuk did an impact from the very beginning. He has been able to produce in game after game, and he is a feared offensive weapon. The Devils also have a much better goalie in Martin Brodeur, who is light years ahead of Boucher who is in net for the Flyers. And you have to remember that the Devils won all six games against the Pittsburgh Penguins this season. Two very interesting teams are battling in this series. It will be close. Very close…

The Devils will win the first game on home ice though, with 2-1 after overtime. Both teams will work hard for this, but Devils are going to win and Parise will put in the game winning goal. Watch it on espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com NHL live stream.
