NHL resumes after the Olympics, and the only game of the night is between the Avalanche and the Red Wings, and you can watch it online on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com NHL live stream. You can bet on the game at bet365 with great odds and lots of livebetting.

The teams have played each other three times during the season and this will be the fourth and last game. The Avalanche has won two of them, of which one was in a shootout. The Avalanche has been really good throughout the entire season and has surprisingly settled in the top of the Western Conference. They have as many points as the Vancouver Canucks and a victory tonight would take them past the Canucks and up to third place. The Detroit Red Wings have instead surprised negatively and are for the first time in many years close to miss the playoffs, and they have a lot of hard games ahead of them.

The Red Wings have had a lot of injuries this season but are now looking oddly healthy. Only Kirk Maltby is injured, but players like Cleary, Eaves, Filppula and Holmstrom are probably still feeling their recent injuries. The Avalanche was sharp before the break and won four of their last five games. The Red Wings were the opposite and hade big troubles, especially on the road.

It is confirmed that Anderson is starting for the Avalanche and that Howard is in net for the Red Wings. Two good goalies that both have shown for many that they are good enough to be starters in the NHL. That opens for few goals and a bet on less than 5.5 goals is probably good. The game will be close and might go to overtime or a shootout so I won’t bet for a winner. The Avalanche feels like the best option. The Bruins continue their playoff hunt and visit the Devils in the Prudential Center tonight at 7:00 PM. You can watch the NHL live stream at gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com.

It has been close games between the two teams earlier this season. Both the games have ended with 2-1-victories for the Devils, but it was hard for them. The Boston Bruins are right now in the middle of a race for playoff spots and are for the moment eight in the Eastern Conference with New York Rangers and the Tampa Bay Lightning chasing them. Every point is important and Bruins will come out hard to secure the distance down to the other teams. The Devils don’t have the same pressure on them. They are fourth after a couple of losses and are now below the Pittsburgh Penguins who lead the Atlantic Division.

The Bruins are out on a seven games road trip and are so long 2-2-1. They finish the trip after the game against the Devils with a flight down to Carolina to play the Hurricanes. The Bruins first line has been really good in the recent games and Bergeron, Sturm and Recchi have put up a total of 13 points in three games. The Devils don’t look bad either and their new star Ilya Kovalchuk has now find his right game and he has scored two goals and assisted to two goals in the last two games.

Both the Devils and the Bruins have played games with a lot of goals in the recently, but they usually play games with few goals against each other. It’s a very hard game to predict but the Devils have the best team on the chart and usually win at home against the Bruins. The best bet is on less than 5.5 goals with a small amount of money. You can watch the game online on espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com NHL live stream.

Fourth and final game in the regular season between the Blue Jackets and the Oilers. Two teams in the bottom of the Western Conference play each other tonight at 7:00 PM and you can watch the entertainment on espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com NHL live stream.

The Edmonton Oilers are helplessly last in the Western Conference with their 49 points, which is nine points less than the next worst team Toronto Maple Leafs who are last in East. We find the Blue Jackets just above the Oilers but it almost feels impossible for the Edmonton Oilers to pass the Blue Jackets with only 10-15 games left of the season. Both the teams will have to start thinking about the next season and what players to draft this summer.

The Blue Jackets have not been good this year and have played quite boring hockey, with Rick Nash as best player and highlight. They have had goalie problems and Mason, who probably will start tonight, has been very inconsistent and kept a way to low level overall. The Oilers have had even bigger troubles and they will miss a lot of players tonight. Hemsky, Khabibulin, Smid, Souray and Jacques are all out for the rest of the season and an addition of four players is injured for an indefinite time. Other than that don’t the Oilers have anything to play for and the focus is probably on the draft draw and the last place in NHL means good chances to get the first pick. I don’t think the Oilers will come out so hard tonight and I believe the players are very insecure with a lack of motivation and self confidence.  The Oilers are one of the worst teams in the league on the road and the Blue Jackets have a big advantage tonight. Huge favorites! You can watch the game NHL live stream on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com.

Two teams that both need points in the run for playoffs are playing eachother tonight at 7:00 PM. You can watch the NHL live stream on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com.

At the moment are both the St. Louis Blues and the New York Rangers below the playoff line and essential points are on stake in every game. The Rangers need a win to get closer to the Boston Bruins who they are playing in the next game, and the Blues need to get a couple of wins to decrease the distance to the Minnesota Wild, the Calgary Flames and the Detroit Red Wings.

The Blues seem to be better than the Rangers right now and they have won seven of the last ten games and four of the last six on the road. They are however coming with two recent losses and that is tough mentally. The Rangers have had big problems and they lack the consistency that it takes to go in and compete in every game. Games have been lost because of simple mistakes and it’s not good enough if you want to make it to the playoffs.  Lundqvist has been playing a lot, and it is really hard to keep a high level when you are playing almost every game in an entire season.

The Blues are strong on the road. Among the best in the league. The Rangers are just as bad at home as the Blues are away, so I believe that the Blues will go in and win this tonight, in a close game with a lot of goals. 4-3 or 5-4 is my bet. The game can be watched on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com tonight t 7:00 PM NHL live stream.

The Penguins are quite out of balance and are now facing the desperate Boston Bruins who are on a chase for playoff spots and important points. The game starts at 7:00 PM and it can be viewed on espn360.com or NHL live stream.

The Bruins are once again home in Boston after a seven game long road trip. The team has been inconsistent, but took two points in the latest game against the Carolina Hurricanes to take a small step from hunting teams in the Eastern Conference. The Bruins first line is on fire for the moment and they should be able to put up some points in the game tonight.

The Penguins lost to the New Jersey devils again, for the sixth time this season and got swept, which made them lose the lead in the Atlantic Division. The Penguins do still have a great team and I don’t think players like Corsby and Malkin are very sorry for the losses for an especially long time. They will bring their good game tonight, ready to take back the place in the top of the standings. The Penguins power play is deadly but the Bruins have shown that they can kill off a lot of penalties. Tuukka Rask has to play well in the net tonight and stop the Penguins goal scoring offensive.

The Penguins are going back to back and they were really open for counter attacks. The Devils came through a lot of times and got a couple of breakaways. The Penguins will be sure to take care of that big gap defensively, and the Bruins will have to fight hard for each and every goal. I believe the Penguins have a small advantage, but I would be careful with the betting since the game can end at both ways. You can see the game on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com who both view NHL live stream.

The Maple Leafs are admittedly stuck in the bottom of the league standings, but their form is fantastic and they are chasing the Florida Panthers and the other teams above them. The Maple Leafs will fight for their pride tonight at 7:00 PM. You can wa
tch the game as usual NHL live stream on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com

The Maple Leafs are coming to the game tonight with three straight wins and sex wins in ther last seven games. The only loss came against the New York Islanders last Sunday, but they came back and won impressing against the Montreal Canadiens, the New Jersey Devils and the Ottawa Senators. They have also been looking sharp on home ice and their young team has finally found the way to play with each other. Unfortunately too late, but the Maple Leafs have something to continue building on. The goalie success Jean-Sebastian Giguere is starting tonight and he should be able to keep the Panther forwards off the score sheet.

The Panthers are very interesting, because they are going hard in every shift. The season has not been that good for them, with a lot of losses and playoff is distant for the team but the players are going to come out hard and make everything they can to grab some points. They are resting Vokoun, so Clemmensen is starting tonight. The Panthers form is not as good as the Maple Leafs, but the history is for the Panthers advantage.

It will be a tough game, without doubt. They will both go hard despite they are not going to the playoffs. The guys are playing for their jobs and their pride, so a hard game is to expect. I believe the Maple Leafs are going to win, in a game with few goals. 3-1 to the home team. NHL live stream is available on espn360.com and gamecenter.nhl.com.

The top against the bottom are playing each other tonight at 7:00 PM. Follow the excitement on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com NHL live stream.

The only game of the season between these two teams and it’s easy to say that the Devils are coming to the battle with a lot better self confidence. The Devils have been playing over the expectations and have been in the top of the Eastern Conference throughout the entire season and the Columbus Blue Jackets have been boring and bad, and are placed thereafter.

The Blue Jackets played the Nashville Predators Saturday and lost their fourteenth straight game to them. 0-9-5 is their record against the Preds and it’s a new record in the history of NHL.

Brodeur is starting for the evening, and he is facing the Blue Jackets Swedish forward Kristian Huselius, who has been hot lately. Brodeur is one of the best goalies in the NHL though, so it will be tough for Huselius, Nash and co. to score enough goals to win the game. The Devils are good at home and they are way too good for the Blue Jackets. Easy victory for the home team to expect. NHL live stream is available on espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com.

With ten games left are both the Bruins and the Thrashers competing about the same playoff spot. There are important points on stake in this game and you can watch it tonight at 6:00 PM on espn360.com or gamecenter.nhl.com NHL live stream.

The Boston Bruins have won the three earlier battles and this will be the fourth and last game between the two teams. The Bruins are at the moment on eighth place with one point down to the Thrashers. Each point is really important for the two teams and one can’t afford to make mistakes.

Rask is playing once again and he has been taking more and more games from Tim Thomas who everyone thought would be the definite first choice. Rask has been playing better during the spring and had a great game recently against the New York Rangers. It’s going to be tougher against the Thrashers. They are coming with four straight wins. Afinogenov and Antropov have great chemistry together and they will make the Bruins defense work hard.

I’m counting on a game with high tempo and a lot of goals. The teams are going to skate hard and go forward, which will open up the defense. Opportunistic hockey with a couple of goals in other words, but I think the Thrashers are going to win. They have four straight wins behind them and that will make it easier for them to just continue to go hard and play the games as it’s supposed to be played. It’s possible that the game will go to overtime, but I believe in a one goal victory for the Thrashers. 4-3 is a good score. NHL live stream can be watched on gamecenter.nhl.com or espn360.com
